Student Furniture is a student accommodation furnishing solutions company with a well-established history of delivering high-quality, large-scale installations on time and on budget.

Our fully inclusive service (all outlined in more detail below) removes the hassles associated with furniture delivery and installation at UK-based student accommodation.

Our primary focus is developing and maintaining long-term business partnerships with our clients, we believe the high level of repeat custom we get is down to our tireless efforts.

Our fully-inclusive service includes:

  Concept and design

Initially, we create a concept for your student accommodation, including bedrooms, kitchens or amenity spaces, to ensure they are designed exactly how you – and the students who will live there – want.

We work with your designers and architects, or alternatively, you can use our in-house design team to realise your vision, aesthetically, practically and ethically.

Our extensive, high-quality product range is flexible and unrestricted. If required, we will procure bespoke pieces to fit your desired design, modifying product size, colour or finish.

  Product procurement and importation

We travel around the globe to source products that are stylish, practical and robust. Each is then quality checked in our warehouse.

The long-lasting relationships we've built with our suppliers ensures that we can secure products that perfectly balance style, practicality and cost, while our keen innovative eye allows us to remain firmly at the forefront of furniture and interior design.


Your key account site managers will liaise with contractors to ensure a smooth installation process, to guarantee legal compliance, and to make sure the project meets our own high quality standards.

These key contacts will be available throughout the project to manage any issues that arise.

Our fleet of vans are on-hand to handle delivery of all items to your site in a timeframe that suits you, then, all of our items are assembled by our capable craftsmen either in our workshop or on site.

Our skilled in-house installation team are CSCS-qualified and carry out all jobs with care and attention to detail. All our items are assembled by our capable craftsmen either in our workshop or on site.

  Aftercare and maintenance

Once the main installation is complete you can rely on our ongoing support, from our ‘remove and replace’ facility for any future furniture asset management requirements, to our robust aftercare service.

We will form a relationship with your lettings and/or building management team and become a trusted and reliable “furnishing department” for the ongoing maintenance, removal and replacement of all furniture and accessories.

  Social responsibility

We are committed to upholding our corporate responsibilities, both internally within Student Furniture, and externally when working with clients and suppliers.

We strive to work with reputable companies who treat their employees fairly, source their materials responsibly, and have a positive impact on their locality and the environment on a larger scale.

Equally, we recognise that the success of our business is reliant on the dedication and skill of our workforce. We endorse a safe, inclusive work place and invest heavily in the training and development of our staff. We are committed to providing vocational apprenticeships, which often result in full-time roles.

Moreover, we are heavily involved in various charitable projects. We have run numerous joint initiatives with Unity Radio, Homes for Veterans and UNITE Foundation.

  Environmental commitment

We are committed to recycling waste at every opportunity and have strong links with various recycling plants for paper, plastic, mattresses and metals. After installation and assembly, all packaging is removed and sent for recycling. Equally, when undertaking removals, we recycle all furniture where possible.

We also try to reduce our fuel consumption and carbon footprint through the operation and analysis of tracker systems installed in all our delivery vehicles. This enables us to practice efficient route planning therefore reducing inefficiencies and waste.

In conjunction to this, we operate 3.5 tonne vehicles which have the lowest possible co2 emissions in their class.

  Contract accreditations

We have developed a platform for supplying large volumes of furniture in a very short time frame, and our 40,000 Sq ft warehousing facility holds stock in the event of your project running behind schedule.

We have acquired all relevant health and safety and procedure management accreditations, including CHAS, ISO 9001 and Safe Contractor.
